LIBERATE LEARNING LEADERS BREAKFAST | CANBERRA
“Linking Learning to Performance”
Please join us and a small group of invited learning leaders for this exclusive breakfast seminar presented by Charles Jennings (joining online) and Jeevan Joshi, who will explore ways in which learning, when linked to performance, can lead to organisational excellence.
Organisational excellence is the goal we’re all aiming at, and whilst learning plays an important role in its achievement and in the cycle of continuous organisational improvement, for learning to have real impact, we need a paradigm shift from ‘learning mindsets’ to ‘performance mindsets’.
This interactive breakfast session will cover the following key topics:
- Key factors to leverage learning for performance excellence at team and whole-of-organisation level;
- The paradigm shift from ‘learning mindsets’ to ‘performance mindsets’, towards measurable impact;
- Learning as a change agent for breaking down organisational barriers for continuous improvement.
