We dare to
be different.
In 2010, we set out to be different from other workplace learning and performance solution vendors. Historically, and still commonly today, learning development solutions, and especially eLearning development, were dominated by vendors who typically:
- underquoted to win a job and charged for each iteration to recoup greater revenue
- created short-term and self-serving solutions that would become obsolete within six months
- would not let their clients own their IP
- adopted practices that build relationships based on forced dependency.
In short, these providers did not value building long-lasting client relationships built from integrity and reputation. We were adamant that there must be a better way for organisations and vendors to work in true partnership.
What’s in a name?
We wanted to liberate learning from poor practices and substandard design solutions and set out to become the most reputable eLearning partner in Australia and New Zealand, one that clients like to return to for more.
Using the name ‘Liberate eLearning’, we designed, developed and delivered thousands of hours of self-paced SCORM-compliant learning products for LMS use by Australia’s top organisations across many sectors.
As our reputation grew, so did our team. In turn, the skills within the group expanded into blended learning, virtual learning, videography, animation, strategic learning consulting and face-to-face training design services. In 2019, we decided it would be fitting to subsequently rebrand to become ‘Liberate Learning’ (which meant more than just dropping the letter ‘e’) because we offer so much more than ‘just eLearning’.
We’ve come a long way…
Today, Liberate Learning is part of an internationally award-winning group of companies revolutionising how learning (online, blended, or face-to-face) and performance support tools are delivered in modern Australian and New Zealand workplaces.
We now have a team of over 75 people, covering a whole range of services. That said, we still don’t want to be everything to everyone; however, we can say we are exceptional at designing traditional, blended, and online learning services. Having expanded our team and services, we now operate right across Australia and New Zealand.
